- Rendering sales support to the Sales team.- Pricing and quoting for the Sales team.- Quoting on transport and line-up for customer quotations.- Working on spreadsheets and creating quotes from information that has been sent through via RFQ’s and drawings.- Update and maintain filing systems.- Liaising with customers to understand and receive correct specifications.- Completing and updating quotations on Syspro.- Capturing of sales orders and dispatch notes on Syspro.- Creating of Sales Packs for the factory to manufacture orders.- Following up on customers payments.- Maintain the CRM system for admin details relating to customers
