- To schedule appointments for reps
- To confirm appointments the day after it was made
- Source new potential clients.
- To call cold lists from time to time. To make sure the scheduled client receives a SMS after the appointment has been set

- Previous lead generation experience, with proven track record. Preferably capital goods sales (not FMCG)
- Matric or equivalent
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication (written & verbal), presentation and negotiation skills
- Computer Literate (MS Office, Email and Internet)
- Presentable and of sober habits
- Hunter for new business
- Aptitude for electronic and technical equipment (alarms and alarm monitoring platforms)
- Generate and close self-sourced deals
- Follow up on all leads received internally and via telesales
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Motivated to achieve and exceed sale targets
- Maintain all administrative duties pertaining to sales

- Ensure that all leads and quotes are followed up on time
