Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified QA Engineer to play a crucial role in their software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of their products through a blend of automated and manual testing strategies. Your expertise will be key in identifying issues, improving processes, and delivering a flawless user experience.Qualifications & Skills:

A certified QA professional (e.g., ISTQB Foundation Level, CSTE, or similar).
3-4 years of proven experience in a software quality assurance role.
Solid experience in both automated and manual testing.
Strong proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test plans.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium).
Experience with programming/scripting languages for automation (e.g., Java, Python, and JavaScript).
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on product requirements and technical specifications.
Perform thorough manual testing across various platforms (web, mobile, and desktop) to identify bugs, usability issues, and edge cases.
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to improve regression testing efficiency and coverage.
Document and track defects with clear and concise steps to reproduce, using bug tracking systems like Jira.
Collaborate closely with Software Developers, Product Managers, and Designers in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure quality throughout the entire development process.
Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirement analysis, design reviews, and sprint planning.
Conduct regression testing, smoke testing, and performance testing as needed.
Continuously contribute to the improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools.
Create and maintain clear and detailed test case documentation and other QA-related artifacts.

Advantageous Qualifications:

Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman and REST Assured).
Experience testing in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, and GCP).
