We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing offshore team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, developing new business opportunities, and supporting the sales team by building a strong pipeline of prospects. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Research and identify potential clients through online tools, social media, and outbound prospectingInitiate contact with leads via email, phone calls, and LinkedInQualify leads and set appointments or demos for the sales teamMaintain and update CRM systems with lead and client informationCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaign initiativesMeet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach and lead generationQualifications:At least 1–2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or a similar sales role (offshore/remote experience preferred)Excellent verbal and written English communication skillsStrong research and organizational skillsComfortable using tools such as CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn, and Google WorkspaceSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervisionReliable internet connection and a quiet work environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with international clients, especially US-based companiesFamiliarity with outbound sales and B2B sales processes
