Diploma in General Nursing (NQF level 6) or B Cur Degree (NQF level 7 or 8).
Registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse.
Post Graduate Diploma in Health Service Management (essential).
Bachelor of Nursing Degree (NQF level 8) (advantageous).
A relevant business management qualification (advantageous).
Minimum of 3 years management experience in the private healthcare sector (Deputy Nursing Manager experience preferable).
Strong background in managing complex teams, driving efficiencies, and leading change.
