- Oversee the accounting and reporting function for investment assets across multiple licensed insurance entities.
- Manage, guide, and develop a small team of Accountants, ensuring skill transfer and growth.
- Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely capturing and reporting of investment transactions.
- Review and prepare investment instructions, ensuring compliance with policies and mandates.
- Take accountability for the review and allocation of investment returns across portfolios.
- Prepare and/or review monthly, quarterly, and year-end reconciliations.
- Drive process improvements, risk management, and adherence to internal controls.

- Degree in Financial Management or Accounting.
- Completed articles / traineeship.
- Professional qualification (CA / CFA / ACCA / CIMA) is advantageous.
- 710 years experience in accounting and/or investments.
- 3 5 years management experience.
- Minimum 3 years insurance industry experience.
