- Manage and maintain Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Create, troubleshoot, and optimize Google Workspace tools, including Sheets and Docs.
- Provide general IT support and assist staff with day-to-day technical issues.
- Monitor and ensure smooth operation of all office systems and shared digital resources.
- Support staff by offering training and guidance on digital tools and productivity best practices.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.).
- Solid troubleshooting skills for basic IT and software-related issues.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills.
- Relevant IT studies or certifications will be advantageous.
