- Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for Polish speaking passengers, assisting them with their travel-related inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Communicate with passengers via phone, email, and chat, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently
- Provide information about travel itineraries, flight details, accommodation bookings, tourist attractions, and more, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience
- Collaborate closely with their international team, including other Passenger Support Specialists, to resolve complex customer issues and optimise the overall passenger experience
- Maintain accurate records of passenger interactions, feedback, and complaints to help them continuously improve their services
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal, to effectively assist Polish speaking passengers from start to finish
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others, ensuring every passenger feels valued and well supported
- Proven problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to think on your feet in fast-paced situations
- A solid understanding of travel industry practices, such as airline operations, accommodation bookings, and general tourism information
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate various software and communication platforms
