
Project Manager (municipal infrastructure)

- Lead the end-to-end management of municipal infrastructure projects from inception to close-out.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, municipal requirements, and engineering standards.
- Liaise with municipalities, consultants, contractors, and community representatives.
- Manage risks, resolve issues, and implement effective project controls.
- Monitor progress, prepare reports, and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (BTech or BSc preferred).
- Professional registration (Pr Eng / Pr Tech Eng) will be an advantage.
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a project management role on municipal infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of water, sanitation, roads, and stormwater systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
