Job Summary Requirements: Matric. Hospitality Degree / Diploma will be an advantage. Extensive knowledge of food and beverage items. Minimum 3 Years experience in a management position. Previous experience in a store management/logistics management position. Micros System experience or other stock management systems are preferable. Responsibility: Stock control and purchasing of all food and beverage stock, including equipment, small maintenance, or any other request. Control of vehicles. Responsible for all store operations. Allocate staff to do requisitions, issuing and bulk prep, and portioning. Responsible for the management of store cleanliness and stock rotation. Responsible for training of staff.
