What we’re looking for:

A master of AI/ML with strong programming chops (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP).
Formal qualifications in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Data Science, you have a solid quantitative foundation that drives data-backed decisions.
Experience in collections, contact centres, or financial services (bonus if you’ve solved large-scale customer challenges).
