Our client, a leading international bank based in Malta, is seeking an experienced Development Lead to drive the adoption of standards, good practices, and quality development across its technology landscape.As Development Lead, you will oversee the work delivered by execution partners, ensuring alignment to the organisation’s IT strategy, development standards, and best practices. This role requires strong technical leadership and a hands-on approach to guiding development teams and ensuring quality outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesChampion adoption of development standards and best practices.Ensure consistency and alignment with IT strategy across projects.Provide oversight of delivery partner work to maintain quality and scalability.Mentor and support development teams, fostering a culture of excellence.What We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Development Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar leadership role.Strong technical expertise in modern development practices and frameworks.Ability to guide and influence multiple teams and delivery partners.Excellent communication and leadership skills.The Package€10,000 per month.Full visa sponsorship for non-EU candidates.Relocation and travel expenses covered.Opportunity to live and work in Malta, a thriving EU hub offering international career growth.Apply Now
