WITH EXPERIENCE:
CAD operator and architectural team member (in the property development industry)
We are looking to hire a CAD operator and architectural team member to fulfil various tasks within our design department in the property development industry.
JOB DUTIES: (not limited too)
  • Prepare detail drawings from Architects & Interior designers designs
  • Following up on projects, getting quotes and all other admin related to engineers, surveyors & attorneys
  • Filing of all house plans, notes list and all other relevant documentation (physical filing & scanning in and saving on Dropbox)
-Experience with "as-built” drawings
-Measure an existing building himself and draw it exactly as it is on site.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be able to use Auto CAD
  • Must have experience using Auto CAD in the property industry
  • Relevant certificate / Diploma / Degree in the architectural / draughtsman filed will be advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills (maintaining & updating documents/paperwork)
  • Competent in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must reside within Nelson Mandela Bay
