- Turn high-volume, high-pressure environments into seamless, automated solutions.
- A master of AI/ML with strong programming chops (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and NLP).
- Formal qualifications in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Data Science - You have a solid quantitative foundation that drives data-backed decisions.
- Experience in collections, contact centres, or financial services (bonus if you’ve solved large-scale customer challenges).
