Marketing & Student Life Events Planner

• Plan and run engaging student events: welcome weeks, cultural celebrations, wellness programs, leadership retreats, and social activities.
• Work with student groups, clubs, and organizations to help them shine.
• Manage all the behind-the-scenes logistics: venues, catering, equipment, budgets, setup, and promotions.
• Share your creativity on social media and other digital platforms to spread the word.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and PR efforts to boost the brand.
• Track event effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
• Lead student staff and volunteers when needed.

• 2+ years’ experience in events, marketing, or student life programming.
• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a relevant field (advantageous).
• Own reliable car and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Passionate about creating inclusive, vibrant student experiences.
