This role is designed for a highly organised and detail-focused individual with construction experience. The position combines administrative support, call handling, and the preparation of quotations, requiring excellent communication and accuracy in managing client interactions. You will be working remotely on UK hours and will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and manage incoming calls from customers in a professional and helpful mannerPrepare and issue accurate quotations using drawings, specifications, and supplier informationSupport the ventilation estimating and SAP assessment processes with administrative tasksMaintain accurate digital records of estimates, quotations, and client communicationsAssist colleagues and management with reporting and general administrative dutiesEnsure all customer queries are handled efficiently and escalated where necessaryRemain flexible and support wider business needs outside core duties when requiredAbout YouSouth African citizen with previous experience in the construction sectorStrong administrative and call-handling backgroundProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearlyHighly organised, accurate, and able to manage multiple priorities remotelyCustomer-focused with strong problem-solving abilitiesFlexible, proactive, and willing to support the wider team
