- General Duties
- Team schedules and time sheets
- Arrange meetings
- Travel arrangements
- Follow up on payments (debtors)
- Administrative Duties
- General office management, administration and filing
- Support procurement processes - appointment of consultants / sub-consultants etc.
- Performing other administrative tasks
- Project Support
- Drafting reports and minutes
- Reporting about project activities in line with reporting requirements
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification in Project Administration
- Ability to work in cross-cultural settings;
- Team player, motivated;
- Knowledge of all MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform duties with limited supervision
- Deadline orientated
- Hands-on, proactive approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
