Job DescriptionWe have an amazing opportunity for a Project Administrator, based in Cape Town.Responsibilities:
  • Provide general admin support to the professional services division
  • General Duties
  • Team schedules and time sheets
  • Arrange meetings
  • Travel arrangements
  • Follow up on payments (debtors)
  • Administrative Duties
  • General office management, administration and filing
  • Support procurement processes - appointment of consultants / sub-consultants etc.
  • Performing other administrative tasks
  • Project Support
  • Drafting reports and minutes
  • Reporting about project activities in line with reporting requirements
Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Tertiary qualification in Project Administration
  • Ability to work in cross-cultural settings;
  • Team player, motivated;
  • Knowledge of all MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform duties with limited supervision
  • Deadline orientated
  • Hands-on, proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
