Senior Service Advisor

• Act as the primary contact for service customers, providing expert advice and guidance
• Manage service bookings, ensuring efficient scheduling and workflow in the workshop
• Prepare accurate job cards, quotations, and service documentation
• Communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and management
• Advise customers on additional work required and obtain authorisation
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Handle escalated queries and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Support junior staff and contribute to training and mentoring initiatives
• Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry (senior level preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and service processes
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, CMS)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Valid driver’s license (Code B/EB)
