
Senior Service Advisor

- Act as the primary contact for service customers, providing expert advice and guidance
- Manage service bookings, ensuring efficient scheduling and workflow in the workshop
- Prepare accurate job cards, quotations, and service documentation
- Communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and management
- Advise customers on additional work required and obtain authorisation
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Handle escalated queries and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Support junior staff and contribute to training and mentoring initiatives
- Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry (senior level preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and service processes
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, CMS)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Valid driver’s license (Code B/EB)
