
Financial Administrator

- Process supplier invoices, purchase orders, credit notes, and payments in line with company procedures.
- Perform debtors and creditors reconciliations and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, filing, and documentation.
- Assist with cashbook processing, bank reconciliations, and petty cash management.
- Prepare and submit VAT, PAYE, and other statutory returns as required.
- Support payroll administration and ensure employee records are up to date.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor budgets and expenditures, highlighting variances to management.
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and clients to resolve financial queries.
- Support external and internal audits by preparing and providing necessary documentation.
- Matric / Grade 12 with Mathematics and Accounting (essential).
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Bookkeeping (NQF Level 5-6).
- 3-5 years' experience in financial administration, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software systems and MS Office (Excel essential)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of financial regulations and statutory requirements.
- Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and reconciliation skills.
