Our client, a well-established accounting firm, is seeking a qualified Senior Accountant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional ready to take the next step in their career.📌 Minimum Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Accounting
Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles (pref)
Minimum 3 years' experience in the accounting field
Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Proficient in the following software:

▪ CaseWare
▪ Xero
▪ Pastel
▪ Sage One Accounting
▪ Sage Payroll 📋 The Role:

Lead, review, and conduct audits and independent reviews across various sectors
Manage client relationships and maintain client expectations
Supervise and mentor junior staff
Manage the scheduling of annual audit work
Stay informed on changes in laws and financial regulations
Review and prepare complex tax returns and related calculations
Draft and review financial statements in line with IFRS and IFRS for SMEs
Oversee month-end procedures for clients
