- BCOM in Accounting, Business Administration or Information Technology (minimum) / Post graduate degree or certification (preferred) / Chartered Accountant or MBA (advantageous)
- SAP Data Migration - In-depth knowledge and experience within SAP environment (R3 to S4/HANA)
- SAP Module Expertise - FICO, MM & PS modules proficiency
- Process Excellence - In-depth Process, Controlling & Accounting knowledge
- Project Leadership - Change & Project Management expertise
- Communication Excellence - Articulate communication and stakeholder engagement
- Authority Engagement - Ability to influence and engage with senior leadership
- Business Acumen - Strong business understanding and strategic thinking
- Project Management - Excellence in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Analytical Skills - Strong problem-solving with attention to detail
- Migration Expertise - Data migration processes and tools, particularly SAP R/3 transitions
- Template Governance - Understanding of global rollout standards and best practices
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
- Global SAP Rollouts - Experience in global SAP template rollouts
- IT Knowledge - SAP technical understanding very advantageous
- Agile Methodology - Experience with agile delivery approaches
- SAP Integration - Additional SAP modules and integration points knowledge
- Technical Skills - Advanced Excel and basic ABAP debugging skills
- Language Skills - German speaking proficiency
- Rollout Leadership - Lead planning and execution of SAP S4/HANA rollout projects aligned with business objectives
- Process Implementation - Oversee Controlling processes implementation in CO and PS modules with best practices
- Data Migration Management - Manage data migration from SAP R/3 and procurement systems to S4/HANA ensuring integrity
- Cross-functional Collaboration - Work with diverse teams to gather requirements and design business-aligned solutions
- Materials Management - Provide MM expertise supporting integrated SAP landscape processes
- User Enablement - Conduct training sessions and workshops ensuring successful system adoption
- Project Monitoring - Monitor progress, identify risks, implement mitigation strategies for timely delivery
- Stakeholder Reporting - Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management
- Migration Coordination - Ensure migration mapping workshops result in final, approved mappings
- Template Compliance - Ensure adherence to global template governance standards
