
Junior Operations Assistant (Montague Gardens CPT)

- Triage, respond to, and resolve internal support requests.
- Schedule Technicians/site visits, book meetings, and maintain installation bookings.
- Prepare purchase orders, capture job cards, timesheets, and expenses.
- Support inventory control: stock counts, deliveries, reconciliations, and re-ordering.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend continuous improvement actions.
- Assist the Sales team by replying to sales emails, quoting, and loading and assigning leads.
- Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Handle all incoming calls from Reception, forward them to the necessary team members, and forward messages to the relevant team members.
- Assist with completing vendor and tender documents.
- Follow up with clients on outstanding documentation and ensure timely submission.
- Using software applications like Xero (training will be provided if necessary).
- Relevant work experience.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in the Sales/IT industry.
