RB 16281 - Quantity Surveyor (Renewable Energy/MEIP)

• Estimating of MEIP Works in conjunction with the Project Planner and Project Manager.
• Development of Project CPS (Budget) in conjunction with the Project Manager.
• Development of Monthly Cost Reports.
• Cost vs. Sales Analysis.
• Ensures consistent cash-flow reporting.
• Subcontract Administration.
• Assist the day-to-day delivery of all commercial aspects of the Project.
• Commercially administer the project in accordance with the contract terms and conditions.
• Administration of Project commercial risk and inform the Project Manager of any risks that may be detrimental to the Project.
• Update monthly cost tracking tools to ensure consistent and precise reporting.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying.

• Minimum of 8 years’ industry experience – Renewable Energy sector, contractor experience preferential.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing multiple projects.
• Must have extensive Civil, Mechanical, Structural Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation experience.
• Proven experience in conflict avoidance, entitlement appraisal and dispute resolution.
• Knowledge & understanding of contract law and commercial/contracts management.
• Conversant with operating in a ‘Functionally’ structured organization.
