What's the role?You will be responsible for:
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, or networks with professionalism and persuasion.
  • Listen attentively to customers' needs, offering accurate information about products or services.
  • Establish rapport and cultivate positive relationships with customers to facilitate the sales process.
  • Stay current with the features, benefits, and specifications of the company's products or services.
  • Clearly and effectively articulate details of product/service offerings to potential customers.
  • Address technical queries comprehensively, ensuring customer understanding.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, covering aspects such as product selection, pricing, and payment options.
  • Assist customers in completing purchase transactions to ensure a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to cultivate lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with the team to refine the overall sales approach.

  • Tertiary Qualification - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency using CRM software and sales-related tools
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales
