
Desktop Support Engineer – Executive Support

- Provide on-site and remote desktop support (hardware and application)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across macOS and Windows environments, with a strong emphasis on Mac support (hardware and software).
- Managing deployment, installations, and maintenance of new/existing desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and software
- Preventive maintenance
- Documenting support processes
- Manage and support project implementation
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Tertiary Qualification - A+ / MCSE / relevant IT National Diploma
- At least 5 years of experience within a desktop support role with proven experience providing VIP or executive-level IT support, ideally within a corporate / enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in macOS, with hands-on experience in Mac hardware/software troubleshooting and configuration.
- Good understanding of Windows 10/11 support and Microsoft 365 suite.
- Knowledge of Browsers ( Edge, Chrome, etc.) as well as Cell phones and Mobile Devices across various brands
- Understanding of a Microsoft Server; Azure Cloud and Windows AD environments
- Knowledge of SMS/SCCM/Intune software deployments and packaging as well as ITIL Framework
- Must have a Valid Driver’s Licence
