Project Manager

• Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical or Mechatronic (mandatory).
• Minimum of 5–8 years project management experience in the Mining, Oil & Gas, Mineral Processing, or Heavy Engineering industries.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under pressure.
• PMP or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
