- Lead the Joint Business Planning from beginning to end.
- Align the JBP with Corplan objectives.
- Achieve set market share targets for categories within selected categories.
- Implementation and tracking of forward shared performance
- Builds and develops plans by Region, by Customer to achieve Customer growth in volume and value in line with the monthly budget process -in collaboration with the KAM Team
- Strong cross functional influencing skills required in order to drive customer marketing and category management initiatives within South Africa.
- Deliver and implement distribution plans to increase numeric distribution in current and new outlets.
- Manage Regional Agents operationally
- Ensure operational excellence of all planned activities, and execution of in Store POS
- Regular feedback to SCJ on the state of business in SA.
- Monthly business analysis and implementation course corrections
- At least 5 - 8years with most of the years inKkey Accounts and Sales Operations background
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- P&L management
- Microsoft and AC Nielsen. SAP (BW) an advantage
- Ability to manage processes and deliver to deadlines
- Deliver winning results
- Strong communication skills, working with all levels within a cross functional organisation
