- Develop and implement the national sales strategy to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and achieve targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure coordinated sales efforts
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a national or regional sales management role within the food and beverage production industry
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and developing high-performing teams
- Sound understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer trends within the industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to travel nationally as required
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
