Factory Accountant

✅ Safeguard the accuracy and integrity of financial data
✅ Manage inventory of finished goods, raw, and packaging materials
✅ Oversee monthly stock counts, investigate variances, and ensure up-to-date records on Sage Evolution
✅ Maintain and review BOM (Bill of Materials) costing and standards
✅ Analyse factory usage, waste, efficiencies, and profitability
✅ Support new product development with accurate costing and reporting
✅ Assist with audits, reconciliations, and ad hoc projects
What You Bring:
? BComm in Accounting/Finance + Grade 12
? At least 3 years’ experience in an FMCG environment
? Advanced Excel skills + solid knowledge of accounting principles
?️ Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
⚡ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing factory environment
