â Safeguard the accuracy and integrity of financial data
â Manage inventory of finished goods, raw, and packaging materials
â Oversee monthly stock counts, investigate variances, and ensure up-to-date records on Sage Evolution
â Maintain and review BOM (Bill of Materials) costing and standards
â Analyse factory usage, waste, efficiencies, and profitability
â Support new product development with accurate costing and reporting
â Assist with audits, reconciliations, and ad hoc projects
What You Bring:
ð BComm in Accounting/Finance + Grade 12
ð At least 3 years’ experience in an FMCG environment
ð» Advanced Excel skills + solid knowledge of accounting principles
ð£ï¸ Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
â¡ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing factory environment
