- BEng or BSc degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineering registration with ECSA.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Civil Engineer within Water infrastructure.
- Proficiency in use of water infrastructure software such as WaterCAD and WaterGEMS.
- Understanding of water management and challenges applicable to water end-users.
- Understanding of water quality management and treatment technologies will be beneficial.
