- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Computer Literacy (Google Suite or equivalent).
- Design Leadership: Oversee Mechanical Design for Water, Waste, and Energy projects.
- Tendering Expertise: Provide Mechanical Engineering inputs for tendering and cost estimation.
- Project Management: Initiate, execute, and approve Basic and Detail Mechanical Engineering designs, ensuring successful project execution.
- Quality and Safety: Uphold ISO 9001:2008 standards and ensure health and safety adherence throughout projects.
- External Relations: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and represent the company at trade fairs and seminars.
