With a strong focus on design excellence and technical precision, they are seeking a Revit-proficient Technical Designer to join their growing team.Role Overview
This is a purely Revit-focused technical role. You will be responsible for producing detailed technical documentation and working drawings, collaborating closely with the design and architectural teams to bring innovative interior and architectural concepts to life.Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality, accurate technical drawings using Revit
- Support project teams in developing and coordinating detailed design documentation
- Assist in translating design intent into technical construction documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards
- Work across various stages of high-end hospitality projects, from concept through to completion
- Collaborate with interior designers and architects for seamless project delivery
- 3-5 years’ experience in an interior design or architectural technical design role
- Proficient to advanced level in Revit - this is non-negotiable
- Tertiary qualification: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- Experience working on hospitality or luxury commercial projects is highly advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Solid knowledge of construction detailing and documentation standards
