- CRM Ownership: Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM and its integrations with Zenoti, WordPress, and other platforms.
- Lead Management: Ensure all leads are captured, properly segmented, and nurtured throughout the funnel. Identify gaps where leads may be lost and build solutions to prevent it.
- Automation & Triggers: Set up, QA, and maintain marketing automations, drip campaigns, and SMS/email triggers to improve conversion and retention.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Run experiments on subject lines, campaign flows, and customer triggers to improve engagement.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain reports and dashboards that track conversion, campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior. Proactively spot and fix issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, marketing, and developers to ensure seamless data flow, campaign execution, and system reliability.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Take initiative to identify technical issues or optimization opportunities and implement solutions without requiring constant direction.
- 3+ years of CRM management experience, specifically with HubSpot (must-have).
- Strong technical understanding of CRM integrations, workflows, and list management.
- Proven ability to set up and troubleshoot automations, integrations, reporting, and lead segmentation.
- Experience with service-based or operationally complex businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to manage both automated and sales-driven funnels.
- Ability to work 9am-5pm EST Monday-Friday
- Strong communicator, proactive, and highly self-sufficient with a sense of ownership.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions.
- Nice-to-have: experience with healthcare or health-adjacent businesses.
