- Designing bespoke itineraries for FIT and group travel across Southern Africa
- Understanding and fulfilling agents needs and budgets
- Creating detailed, imaginative quotations and travel packages
- Managing rooming lists, release dates, and bookings
- Communicating with agents throughout the entire sales cycle
- Following up on quotations to secure bookings promptly
- Issuing accurate invoices and costing sheets
- Liaising with suppliers to negotiate competitive rates
- Ensuring timely delivery of itineraries and travel documents
- Handling emergencies and urgent requests with professionalism
- Supporting the team and promoting our products passionately
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior Inbound Consultant
- A Tourism qualification and Grade 12 certificate
- Deep knowledge of Southern Africa as a travel destination
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exceptional multitasking ability and the capacity to work under pressure
- Great communication skills verbal and written
- Willingness to work extended hours, especially during peak season
- A team player with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
