This position reports to the National Risk and Security Manager.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Risk across Transport, Logistics, and Fleet operations
- Oversee Security and Service Providers
- Plan, design, and implement risk management strategies
- Conduct regular audits of operational processes from a risk perspective
- Perform daily risk assessments and evaluations
- Produce risk and security audit reports
- Develop and maintain a Business Continuity Plan
- Drive loss control, exception management, and investigations across regional sites
- Build intelligence networks to identify high-loss areas and implement corrective measures
- Manage on-route risk and dashcam operations, including affiliated providers
- Oversee the complete Health & Safety function in line with legal and COVID protocols
- Proactively identify and address risks within Logistics and Fleet management
- Engage regularly with operational managers
- Risk Management qualification
- 5–7 years of Middle Management experience in Risk Management within a Logistics or Transport environment
- Forensic qualification and/or experience advantageous
- Exposure to Health & Safety management
