- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3-5 years accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Pastel Partner
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Accurately maintain general ledger entries using Pastel Partner
- Prepare monthly trial balances along with necessary supporting documentation
- Reconcile bank, debtor, creditor and inventory accounts.
- Conduct and review reconciliations for all accounts on the balance sheet
- Handle VAT calculations and other statutory financial requirements
- Assist in preparing for year-end audits and coordinate with auditors
- Work collaboratively with the Administration Manager to ensure efficient integration of operational data into accounting systems
- Produce ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as needed
