With a firm footprint in the South African market, and ambitious growth targets, they are seeking a Senior Accountant to join their high-performing finance team in Johannesburg Central.As a Financial Accountant, you’ll take ownership of core financial functions while working closely with operations teams to ensure alignment of the financial strategy and day-to-day execution.Duties:

Preparing accurate and insightful management accounts, monthly
Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles, with a focus on continuous improvement
Delivering timely financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making
Conducting variance analysis and presenting findings to senior leadership
Partnering with operational stakeholders to drive cost efficiencies and profitability

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant
Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years of post-articles experience, outside of the audit environment
Solid experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and management accounting
