- Professional Qualification: CA(SA) or CIMA
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a senior financial management role
- Industry Exposure: Distribution and/or manufacturing sector preferred
- Technical Skills: Strong IFRS reporting and consolidation experience
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Group Experience: Hands-on involvement in group-level financial operations
- Oversee the full financial function, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements
- Lead and mentor finance team across multiple business units
- Drive strategic financial planning and support executive decision-making
