Basic Training Facilitation
General HR SupportThis role includes a subsistence allowance when traveling and offers a hands-on opportunity to influence both client and internal success.What You'll Be DoingFull-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, placingConducting mystery shopping visits and compiling feedback reportsDelivering onboarding and foundational training sessionsSupporting general HR functions (employee files, policies, admin, etc.)Traveling across regions (~50 days per year) to perform in-field assignmentsWhat We're Looking ForHR Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management1-3 years of solid recruitment and HR experienceValid driver’s license and own vehicleExperience gained within an Agency environment will be to your advantageA professional communicator, written and verbalSharp observer - detail-driven and objective in reportingWillingness to travel nationally, with a valid driver's licensePassionate about people, service quality, and continuous improvementR18,000 salary CTC + 20% commission structureUnique exposure to both client-facing and internal/external/outsourced operationsOpportunity to travel and build real insight into customer experienceBe part of a team that values integrity, service excellence, and growth We are no longer accepting applications for this ad.
