Our firm is looking for an Analyst in their B-BBEE Division. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented B-BBEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment) Experienced Analyst to join our firm.As a B-BBEE Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and providing expert guidance on B-BBEE compliance to our clients. Your role will involve analysing relevant documentation, interpreting legislation, and assisting clients in achieving their B-BBEE objectives. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of B-BBEE codes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.B-BBEE analysts are involved in evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling the information to produce a B-BBEE score and/or a verification file for their clients.
The ideal candidate is required to be disciplined, self-motivated and confident individual with a thorough knowledge of B-BBEE. Project management and adaptability is critical to successfully overcome the unique challenges faced by an Analyst.
Attention to detail, decision making, and time management forms an integral part of the Analysts’ role in successfully finalising client projects.
