- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Handle communication via email and phone in a courteous and professional manner.
- Create, publish, and manage social media content.
- Post social media on internal and external platforms, including boards and social channels.
- Maintain and update databases.
- Assist with documentation and ensure all relevant steps are completed.
- Ensure all records and documents are accurately filed and securely maintained.
- Assist with screening, background checks, and all documentation is correct.
- Bachelor's degree in, communications, industrial psychology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative roles advantageous.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong written communication skills for emails, postings, and social content.
- Ability to remain professional and composed when handling queries by phone.
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Canva).
- Basic graphic design skills or content creation experience is a plus.
