- Managing petty cash, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reconciliations.
- Process and issue credit notes in line with company policies.
- Prepare, capture, and follow up on invoices to maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are correctly recorded and balanced.
- Manage debtors reconciliations, ensuring accounts are up to date and discrepancies are resolved.
- Complete creditors reconciliations, verifying supplier statements and processing payments on time.
- Minimum: Senior Certificate
- Proficient in Afrikaans (spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
