This position offers an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with proven experience in multi-entity environments, strong reconciliation and VAT expertise, and a solutions-driven approach.Key Responsibilities:Preparation of monthly management accounts and detailed financial reportsManagement of supplier invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliationsEnsuring accuracy and efficiency in banking, payroll, and cash control processesOversight of stock control procedures and assistance with monthly stocktakesHandling of customer invoicing and effective debtor managementMaintenance and auditing of the Fixed Asset RegisterEnsuring compliance with VAT regulations and preparation of VAT reconciliations and returnsEnforcement of internal controls and contribution to audit readinessCollaboration with various departments and business units across the groupRequirements:Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar financial accounting roleStrong skills in reconciliation, VAT, and supplier managementProven experience working within multi-entity environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting systems, and Nedbank online bankingDesirable: Experience within hospitality or retail financial environmentsHigh attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindsetPackage Offered:Salary: R35,000 – R42,000 per month (negotiable, dependent on experience)This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of a leading hospitality-focused group.
