Job Description :Our client is seeking an experienced Client Service Officer to join the Port Elizabeth team,· Ensure all vacancies are advertised· Oversee the enquiry and application process· Provide final approval on all applications· Oversee / ensure that the lease signing procedure is carried out correctly· Oversee tenant management procedures· Oversee tenant relationships· Oversee the marketing of available units· Report weekly on vacancies· Staff managementRequirements· Grade 12· Business Management Diploma or equivalent· Minimum 3 years experience in a property management environment· Minimum 3 – 5 years supervisory experience· Advanced MS Office and MDA Skills· Valid drivers license and own transport
