CONVEYANCING SECRETARY
The candidate must be able to liaise with clients regarding documents required to attend to the transfer of property.Job Description:● Open files● Liaise with clients regarding documents required to attend to the transfer of property● Reporting on a weekly basis● Drafting of transfer documents● Application for transfer duty receipt● Application for rates clearance / levy figures● Drafting of documents for clients to sign● Preparing documents for lodgement● Attending to finances● Attending meetings together with one of our conveyancers for one of our most important projectsMinimum Requirements:● Matric● Experience in Ghostconvey & Ghost Practice computer systems● Stable employment record● Experience – at least 2- 4 years● Excellent communication skills both verbal and written● Excellent, fast and accurate typing skills● Must be able to work independentlySalary negotiable.The post appeared first on .
