- Provide risk management and short-term insurance advice to an assigned portfolio of existing clients.
- Proactively prospect new clients to grow the insurance portfolio and achieve predetermined targets.
- Deliver appropriate short-term insurance and risk management advice according to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure exceptional service delivery, aiming to enhance clients' experience and promote client retention.
- Collaborate closely with the appointed Line Manager to meet project goals and maintain client relationships, driving income generation and portfolio growth.
- Generate new business through referrals and cross-selling opportunities across various entities within the Origin group.
- Manage and maintain the assigned client portfolio by overseeing client relations, assisting with claims, policy renewals, and addressing client queries promptly.
- Oversee and manage quotations, policy activations, and amendments efficiently.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for strategic marketing initiatives, internal marketing strategies, and customer segmentation models.
- Follow company guidelines for operational matters, including the usage of approved documentation, customer experience policies, administrative procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Support administrative and claims teams as needed to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Engage in training programs related to product-specific training, class of business training, and CPD requirements, complying with regulatory standards.
- Provide regular reports to the Line Manager on goal management, renewals, marketing projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Attend and actively participate in Advisor Meetings as scheduled.
- Report directly to the Line Manager (Executive Advisor) and contribute to the Advisory Team.
- Registered as a Representative of a related Financial Services Provider (FSP).
- Compliance with FAIS legislature requirements, including RE1 and RE5 certifications.
- Fulfillment of CPD requirements and ongoing compliance with Fit and Proper standards as per the latest legislation.
