Salary: R18,000 CTC (inclusive of pension fund)Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and well-organised Office Administrator & Receptionist to join our team in Midrand. The successful candidate will manage the reception area, assist with general office administration, support accounting processes, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Reception & Front Desk Duties
- Operate the switchboard and manage reception duties.
- Welcome visitors and inform relevant staff members of their arrival.
- Print daily clocking reports.
- Liaise with Managers regarding staff who have not clocked in.
- Ensure leave forms are submitted where necessary.
- Follow up with Debtors regarding outstanding payments.
- Request monthly statements from Creditors.
- Perform general office administration and filing.
- Capture data on the Traceability system.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding deliveries and general queries.
- Manage the diary and appointments for one of the Directors.
- Monitor and control the supplier account.
- Print and sort invoices received via email
- Update the invoice schedule with invoice numbers and quantities.
- Print the updated schedule for Managers.
- Match proof of delivery (POD) documents with supplier invoices and prepare for payment processing.
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- Proven experience in reception and office administration roles
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with data capturing systems is advantageous
