Job Summary ? Key Focus Areas:

Management Accounting (35%)

Lead financial control and compliance across operational units, ensuring integrity and alignment with IFRS standards. * Financial Reporting (15%)

Stock Count & Warehouse Analytics (20%)
Compliance & Cost Control (20%)
Customer Service Management (10%)

? Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Requirements:

SAP experience required
Bachelor’s degree in accounting (NQF 7)
8–10 years’ experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial systems, and reporting standards

Advantageous:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting (NQF 8) with CIMA registration

? Technical & Behavioural Competencies:
Technical:

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/ SAP accounting systems
Solid understanding of IFRS and financial controls

Behavioural:

Proactive and action-oriented
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Resilient, customer-focused, and adaptable
